This site is run by Marketing Doctor LLC. Below is what happens to anything you send it.

Through the form

What it asks for: a name, a phone number, an email if you want to give one, the town, what is happening with the roof, and a box for anything else. Recorded alongside that are the arrival time and the country the connection came from.

It then goes to a single independent roofing business covering McLennan County so somebody can get in touch. A copy is kept so a lost request can be chased. It is never auctioned to multiple contractors and it is never sold to a data broker.

Through the phone

That number is a tracking number. Calls are recorded and a notice plays before connection. The call reaches one independent roofing business. Held against each call are the calling number, the time, the duration and the recording.

Loaded by the browser

Fonts are fetched from Google Fonts, so a request goes to Google when a page loads. Hosting is on Cloudflare, which handles the connection and keeps normal server logs.

Beyond those two there is nothing. No ad network, no retargeting pixel, no social widget, no session recorder. If a measurement tool is ever added, this page will name it first.

Getting a record deleted

Ask the person who contacted you, or send the form with the request written in. Records held on this side can be erased. The roofing business that already has your details holds its own copy and would need a separate ask, which is worth doing at the same time.

Under eighteen

The site is written for homeowners. No part of it is directed at under eighteens and no details are deliberately gathered from them.
